Below is yet another piece of information on The Trump Presidency. Be sure to keep yourself informed!:
A former Virginia college student was sentenced to 100 days in jail after pleading guilty to voter fraud by registering dead people as Democratic voters.
Andrew Spieles, 21, admitted that he falsified 18 Virginia voter registration forms in August 2016, the Washington Examiner reported. Voter fraud is punishable by up to a year in jail and a $100,000 fine in Virginia, but Spieles entered a plea agreement in June.
Under his plea bargain, Spieles agreed to serve 100 days in jail, as BizPac Review previously reported. But the judge waived the fine due to Spieles’ inability to pay, and he won’t have to serve any probation following his jail term.
Spieles, a former student at James Madison University, worked for Harrisonburg Votes, a Democratic Party-affiliated organization, when he committed his federal crimes last summer.
He was discovered after someone saw the name of a man he knew was dead on a voter registration form and called the police. Acting United States Attorney Rick A. Mountcastle detailed Spieles’ crime:
Some [voter registrations] were in the names of deceased individuals, while others bore incorrect middle names, birth dates, and Social Security numbers. The Registrar’s Office learned that the individuals named in these forms had not in fact submitted the new voter registrations.
Spieles admitted that he prepared the false voter registration forms by obtaining the name, age, and address of individuals from ‘walk sheets’ provided to him by the Virginia Democratic Party, fabricating a birth date based on the ages listed in the walk sheet, and fabricating the Social Security numbers.
Spieles later confessed that he falsified voter registration applications to help a co-worker hit a registration “quota.” Andrew registered at least 18 dead people as Democratic voters.
The FBI also investigated the matter. While the incident may seem like a frat-boy prank, it is a federal crime that underscores the increasing concerns over voter fraud and the need for VOTER ID laws.
After all, you need an ID to get a driver’s license, buy alcohol, open a bank account, apply for food stamps, get on an airplane, enter college campus buildings, and pick up a prescription. But you don’t need one to vote?
Twitter reacted by saying it’s typical that Democrats are registering dead people (again). There were widespread rumors that the deceased mysteriously rose from the dead to vote for John F. Kennedy in the 1966 presidential election. Republicans have long called for voter ID laws, but Dems oppose them.
My grandfather died in 1972, and he always voted Republican. But since his death, he has been voting Democrat.

Illegal vote was only discovered because someone happened to know the deceased man? That’s the system we use??? How many more are there?!
