Below is another post on the Donald Trump Presidency. Make sure you keep yourself up to date!:

It’s getting real crowded under the bus where Hillary Clinton has been busy throwing those she blames for her loss in the 2016 presidential election.

…but there’s apparently room for a few more, to include Barack Obama.

hillary clinton blame game

In her tell-all campaign memoir, “What Happened,” Clinton pointed to Obama’s climate change rules for her poor showing in the critical battleground state of Ohio.

The former president’s Clean Power Plan, designed to combat climate change, “fed the narrative of Democratic hostility toward coal miners,” according to Clinton.

More on what Clinton called her “biggest gaffe” from New York Times’ Mark Landler, who reviewed her book:

She made a connection between Mr. Obama and what she called her biggest gaffe of the campaign: telling voters in Ohio, “We’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business.” Mrs. Clinton insisted that the line was taken out of context, but said Mr. Obama had fed the narrative of Democratic hostility toward coal miners by announcing a plan that set state-by-state targets for carbon emissions reductions, and a framework for meeting them, at the White House, next to the head of the Environmental Protection Agency.

Law Newz’s Colin Kalmbacher said Clinton’s “hostility” to Obama’s plan “is a bit perplexing.”

“She seems to be blaming the former president for announcing the sort of plan that she herself was keen on implementing,” he wrote.

Kalmbacher added that Clinton is “essentially accusing President Obama of doing what the vast majority of Democratic Party voters want Democratic Party politicians to do: fight climate change by phasing out environmentally harmful industries.”

Clinton was also critical of Obama for urging her not to attack Bernie Sanders during the primaries.

“President Obama urged me to grit my teeth and lay off Bernie as much as I could,” she wrote. “I felt like I was in a straitjacket.”

Not that Sanders was spared the wrath of Clinton, who also took aim at the socialist Vermont lawmaker AND his supporters in her book.

“Some of his supporters, the so-called Bernie Bros, took to harassing my supporters online,” she said. “It got ugly and more than a little sexist.”

All of which makes it more understandable than many Democrats have grown weary of Clinton’s blame game and wish “she’d just shut the f— up and go away.”
