This is a further bit of info on Donald J. Trump’s campaign. Remember to keep yourself informed!:

So can it be said that President Obama doesn’t care about poor white people now?

While one of the country’s most economically depressed regions was being ravaged by flooding that’s killed at least 13 and left thousands homeless, the president and first first lady Michelle Obama were whiling away yet another long summer vacation in the storied playground of Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts.

Looking even worse for the Obamas, Donald Trump announced plans to travel to Louisiana Friday. The media will do their best to turn it into a circus, of course, but it’s a golden opportunity for the billionaire businessman to pledge some of his own money to flood relief efforts in the Bayou State — compared to the president’s habit of pledging taxpayer money, then taking personal credit.

Even Obama backers are hitting the president’s absence.

In an editorial this week, the Baton Rouge Advocate – the newspaper that brought the nation the shooting death of Alton Sterling by white police officers – demanded Obama suspend his gilded vacation and focus more federal attention on the disaster in Louisiana.

The comparison it made could not have been flattering to the liberal mindset.

Last week, as torrential rains brought death, destruction and misery to Louisiana, the president continued his vacation at Martha’s Vineyard, a playground for the posh and well-connected.

We’ve seen this story before in Louisiana, and we don’t deserve a sequel. In 2005, a fly-over by a vacationing President George W. Bush became a symbol of official neglect for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The current president was among those making political hay out of Bush’s aloofness.

Sometimes, presidential visits can get in the way of emergency response, doing more harm than good. But we don’t see that as a factor now that flood waters are subsiding, even if at an agonizing pace. It’s past time for the president to pay a personal visit, showing his solidarity with suffering Americans …

And if the president can interrupt his vacation for a swanky fundraiser for fellow Democrat Hillary Clinton, as he did on Monday, then surely he can make time to show up for a catastrophe that’s displaced thousands.

The optics of Obama golfing while Louisiana residents languished in flood waters was striking. It evoked the precedent of the passive federal response to the state’s agony in 2005, a chapter of history no one should ever repeat.

Of course, Obama wasn’t the only one making hay out of the destruction Katrina visited on the gulf states. Democrats throughout the country – and their allies in the entertainment world – built up a lie of federal indifference to and mistreatment of the hurricane victims, and its black victims in particular. The picture of George W. Bush looking out a window of Air Force One while flying over Louisiana haunted the rest of his presidency.

It was at a concert promoting hurricane relief that rapper Kanye West made his famous remark that “George Bush doesn’t care about black people” – electoral gold to the Democrat elite, who truthfully don’t care much about black people themselves except for the political power they offer through the ballot box.

But Bush, at least, has acknowledged he should have gone to Baton Rouge. He’s since said he didn’t at the time because he thought a presidential visit would distract from actual efforts to help the storm’s victims.

As the Advocate’s editorial pointed out, Obama has no such excuse not to leave Martha’s Vineyard to get back to his job.

And the Advocate wasn’t the only one calling Obama out on it.

But this one sums it up beautifully:

It isn’t the first time Obama has ignored national disasters to boogie on the Vineyard. When Ferguson was burning in 2014, he was golfing by day and dancing by night on the secluded island. But hey, a guy’s got to golf some time, doesn’t he?

But it’s Republicans who don’t care about poor people?

Just remember, do not accept the mainstream media’s hype and never let them scare you. Make America Great Again!
